Aligned team building activity ended successfully

At the end of the summer, the aligned team briefly spun off from their hectic day-to-day work for a team building event.
This group building activity lasted for two days and one night. We went to beautiful scenic spots and stayed in local characteristic homestays. We had a colorful game session in the afternoon on the day of arrival and everyone enjoyed it. Dinner is buffet bbq.
Strengthening team cohesion, delivering team mission, and enhancing sense of responsibility are the main purposes of this event. In 2022, six younger and active new colleagues have joined the aligned team. Through this team building, they have become more familiar with each other. I believe that everyone will meet the next work in a better state.
